What You Can Expect From Healthyou Club

Transparent, Itemized Pricing

Before you travel, you'll receive a written cost breakdown covering the procedure, hospital stay, doctor's fees, and any visa or travel support — not a single lump-sum figure you have to take on faith. If a cost is only an estimate pending in-person evaluation, we'll tell you that clearly, and why.

A Vetted Hospital & Specialist Matched to You

We match your case to a hospital and specialist suited to your specific diagnosis, not a generic referral. You'll know the hospital name, location, and treating doctor before you decide to proceed.

A Dedicated Care Coordinator

One coordinator stays with your case throughout — helping arrange your visa and travel documents, staying reachable during your treatment abroad, and following up with you after you return home.

Visa & Travel Support, Handled for You

We help arrange medical visa invitation letters, flight and accommodation coordination, and airport pickup, so you're not navigating unfamiliar embassy or travel logistics alone while also managing a health concern.

A Free Initial Case Review

Sharing your reports and medical history for an initial assessment costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. You decide whether to proceed only after you've seen a real treatment plan and a real price.

Confidentiality of Your Medical Information

Your medical records and personal information are shared only with the hospital and specialists directly involved in your care, and are not disclosed to any other party without your consent.

Working Together

What We Ask of You in Return

Coordinating medical travel works best as a two-way effort. Here's what helps us help you:

Share Accurate, Complete Medical Information

Incomplete or inaccurate medical history is the single biggest cause of delays, cost surprises, or a hospital declining a case after travel has already been arranged. The more complete your reports, the more reliable your quote and treatment plan will be.

Provide Documents & Payments on the Agreed Timeline

Passport copies, medical reports, and deposit payments each have a role in keeping your hospital appointment and visa application on track. Delays on your end can mean delays or rescheduling on the hospital's end too.

Arrange Your Own Travel Health Insurance

Unless we've explicitly told you otherwise for your case, travel medical insurance is your responsibility to arrange. We strongly recommend it — a medical trip is exactly the situation insurance exists for.

Follow Your Treating Hospital's Instructions

Once you're with the treating hospital, their clinical instructions — fasting before a procedure, medication schedules, follow-up visits — are what actually determines your outcome. We coordinate the journey; the hospital and your body do the healing.

Tell Your Coordinator About Changes Right Away

A change in your health, your travel dates, or your ability to pay on schedule is far easier for us to accommodate the earlier we know about it.

Setting Expectations

What We Want You to Understand Going In

We'd rather set honest expectations now than have you discover a gap later:

  • We coordinate your medical travel; we don't perform your treatment. Your diagnosis, treatment, and clinical outcome are the responsibility of the treating hospital and physicians. We do not and cannot guarantee a specific treatment result.
  • An initial quote can change after in-person evaluation. Every estimate we give you is based on the reports and information available at the time. If the treating hospital's own evaluation on arrival reveals something different, your plan and cost may be revised — and we'll walk you through why before you're asked to agree to anything new.
  • Medicines and consumables are billed on actual usage. These typically run 10–30% of a treatment's total cost and vary by case, so they're shown as an estimate, not a fixed number, in your proposal.
FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the price I'm quoted final?

It reflects our best estimate based on the medical information you've shared. The hospital confirms the final plan and cost after evaluating you directly — if anything changes, we tell you before you're committed to anything further.

What happens if my visa is refused?

This depends on the specific terms agreed for your case, which we set out clearly in your proposal before you pay any deposit — including how much, if any, of your deposit is refundable in that situation.

Can I get a second opinion before deciding to travel?

Yes. Sharing your reports for an initial review does not commit you to travel or treatment.

Who do I contact once I'm at the hospital abroad?

Your assigned care coordinator remains reachable throughout your treatment, alongside the hospital's own care team.

What happens after I return home?

Your coordinator follows up on your recovery and helps coordinate any further care instructions with your local doctor.
