The information we collect
Basic Account Information
When you register an account with us, you must provide unique identifiers such as user name, email address and password. Your username is always publicly listed, including on your profile page and in search results. You may choose to provide additional personal information such as your profile image, address, gender, phone number, bio and country to customize your profile.
Information and Content you Provide
We collect content, communications, and other information you provide when you use our Services, including when you register for an account, create or share content, and message or communicate with others on our platforms. This can include information in or about the content you provide (e.g. metadata), such as the location of a photo or the date a file was created. For instance, when you share a dish, restaurant, or attraction, all information you provide is stored on our database and made visible to the other users, including your reviews and comments. Additional information from third-party services such as Facebook and Google may be provided by you to us to facilitate and ease your login and account setup process.
When you interact with us, we collect information about how you use our Service, such as what content you viewed, which features you use, the actions you take, and which areas of our Service or Site you visited. This includes your interactions with other users, as well as downloads you made from our Service or Site.
We may receive information about your locations. For instance, you may choose to set your location by sharing with us your GPS location so that you can use our features like finding mosques, prayer rooms, and attractions near you, or receive notifications on prayer timings and the qibla direction at your location.
We collect device information, and information about your computers such as your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and operating system.
If you contact us, we also collect the information you provide that details the nature of your question or problem to enhance the quality of our Service. If you invite a friend by email to our Service through the Service, we will send your friend an invitation email inviting him or her to visit the Service and/or Site. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this invitation email. Your friend may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request that we remove this information from our database.
We use this information to
- Administer your account.
- Send product updates or warranty information via SMS/Mail.
- Send you a newsletter (You may opt out of receiving our newsletter or marketing emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each newsletter or marketing email. You can also contact us at email@example.com to unsubscribe).
- Send you marketing communications.
- Provide, personalize and improve our Services, Site, and marketing efforts.
- Conduct research and analysis.
- Communicate with you by responding to your questions and concerns.
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide you with the Services and for legitimate and essential business purposes (e.g. maintaining and improving the performance of our Services, making data-driven business decisions to introduce new products and/or services to you).
We may keep some of your personal data for as long as you are a user of the Services. If you request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data so that it can no longer identify you, unless we are legally allowed or required to maintain certain personal data (e.g. fraud prevention or to maintain user security).
How Your Information Is Protected
Please note also that we may use overseas facilities to process or back up information. As a result, we may transfer to and store your personal information at our overseas facilities. However, this does not change any of our commitments to safeguard your privacy. All our employees and data processors, who have access to, and are associated with the processing of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitors’ personal data.
CONSENT FORM FOR ONLINE CONSULTATION
I hereby agree and consent to the following:
I authorize the Doctors introduced by Imfara Inc to assess my medical history and to provide healthcare services on ‘as is’ and ‘as available basis, including the administration of drugs as deemed necessary. I am aware that healthcare services will be provided through telephonic or Internet consultation with the Doctors and that there will be no physical examination. I agree that the diagnosis based on telephonic consultation will be at a pre-primary level and that I will visit another doctor either as directed by the Doctor undertaking the telephonic consultation or a doctor of my choice for further treatment. During the course of the treatment I will disclose sensitive personal information (“SPI”) which will include without limitation (i) physical, physiological, and mental health condition, symptoms, and history; (ii) medical test results in connection with the aforesaid; (iii) medical records and history; and (iv) biometric information to the Company, which the Company may store, use and disclose to the Doctors solely for the purposes of treatment. The Company will not publish and disclose the SPI to any third person or body corporate without my express written consent, except when mandated by law. I may review the medical history and other related records provided by me to the Company and request the Company to correct or amend any inaccurate or deficient information. The Company will not be responsible for the authenticity of the SPI provided by me to the Company. I agree that the Company’s liability will only be limited to the professional services rendered by it and that the Company does not make any guarantee, representations or endorsements, or implied or express warranties with respect to the services provided by any Doctor engaged by it. I consent and agree to submit myself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court at Dhaka only.
Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before availing of the Company services. By subscribing/ using the services, you hereby acknowledge that you are familiar with these terms and conditions and any changes or modifications that may occur from time to time.
The following information shall be referred to as Personal Information:
Password to the Company’s website; Name, date of birth, postal address, e-mail, and telephone number; Physical health condition and medical history; mental health condition; Family’s medical condition; and Biometric information.
The Company does not provide emergency medical services. If you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency contact number. The Company may provide you with the phone numbers and addresses of medical facilities and emergency services, but using those services is at your own risk. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of this information or for any delay in seeking hands-on emergency treatment. By using the services of the Company you agree that you have understood all of these terms and conditions, and consent to receiving phone-based or internet-based consultation and information from the Company. The Company reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions and the services will be governed as per the applicable laws of Bangladesh and the courts of Dhaka only will have exclusive jurisdiction over all or any matters arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the services.
